Meet Kristen

With over 12 years in the real estate industry, and more than six as a licensed Realtor, Kristen Adams brings deep market knowledge, calm guidance, and a personal touch to every transaction. She's licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and West Virginia, but her heart is firmly rooted in Virginia's countryside, where she lives with her son, Parker.

After a decade in D.C., Kristen fell in love with the rolling hills, tight knit communities, and a slower pace of country life. She built Valley & Vine around those same values: authenticity, integrity, and the belief that buying or selling a home should feel intentional and grounded, not rushed.

Kristen doesn't measure success by volume or numbers. For her, it's about people, listening carefully, showing up, and treating every client's goals as if they were her own.

Outside of real estate, you'll find her hiking local trails, cooking for friends and family, or planning her next adventure (she's visited 17 countries so far). Her greatest joy is being Parker's mom, and she is often joined by her sweet pets who keep life joyful and grounded.
